Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to join an organization in pivotal growth years? CGA is currently hiring a Part-Time On-Call Manager/Administrative Assistant for their Private Duty Nursing Division. This position will be located in our Clarks Summit office location.

CareGivers America (CGA) is a regional provider of Non-Medical Home Care, Home Health, Medical Staffing, and Private Duty Nursing Services. CGA currently has 16 offices throughout Pennsylvania covering 30+ counties.

The On-Call Manager will be responsible for assisting our Private Duty Nursing Division with answering calls both after office hours and on weekends. 

This position will also include administrative responsibilities during regular business hours for 20 hours/week. 

Job Functions Include:
  • Answering Phones
  • Greeting Visitors
  • Filing & Data Entry
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must have prior office experience
  • Healthcare knowledge preferred 
  • Must be available for evening and weekend on-call responsibilities
  • Scheduling experience preferred
